Australia & New Zealand Shipping & Reshipping Policy Notice

Due to the extremely strict customs supervision for research products in Australia and New Zealand, parcels shipped to these regions face higher risks of detention and delivery failure.

All standard orders to Australia and New Zealand do not include default reshipping services. While we will process and ship your orders normally, no free reshipment will be provided if parcels are detained, returned, or undeliverable due to local customs and regulatory issues.

To provide a delivery guarantee, we offer an optional 20% Regional Risk Protection Fee for our customers.

By selecting and paying this fee during checkout, your order will be fully covered. We will offer a one-time free reshipment if your parcel fails to deliver due to regional regulatory problems.

Orders placed without this risk protection will only receive standard shipping, with no eligibility for reshipment in the event of customs-related delivery failures.
